Wood floor fitting project in Anerley SE20

We installed flooring in hallway and kitchen on this project in Anerley SE20. Plywood was installed prior to laying the flooring. Also Ogee white skirting was installed as you can see from photos. Flooring also installed to 3 stairs which were repaired prior to fitting. Stairs before fitting

We've sanded down, repaired, gap filled and varnished these floors in Nunhead for our customer. You can really see the difference. The floors are Victorian floor boards and still look as new in places. Although due to nails getting rusty stains appeared in the boards around nails.
