Wooden floor gap filling using pine slivers

Here we are gap filling pine floor boards with reclaimed pine slivers, putting them between the boards. They are then shaved off, floor sanded and then gap filled all over with a mix of resin and saw dust.

In this project we had 90 sqm of old victorian pine boards to sand, gap fill and seal with hard wearing varnish. 3 rooms upstairs, landing, 15 steps, dining and living room downstairs and hallway. Floor sanding project in Nunhead

We've sanded down, repaired, gap filled and varnished these floors in Nunhead for our customer. You can really see the difference. The floors are Victorian floor boards and still look as new in places. Although due to nails getting rusty stains appeared in the boards around nails.
